History Boards

The Civic Society is progressing with proposals for the placing of interpretive boards describing the history of Beverley buildings, its people, its notable visitors and the activities which have created the present town. There will be a number of significant locations throughout the conservation area and nearby including North Bar Within and Saturday Market. In addition 3 revised and updated boards have been erected on Westwood to replace the boards erected by Beverley Borough Council 30 years ago.
